18. The parties agree that they will cooperate with one another in accomplishing the terms, <br />conditions, and provisions of this Agreement, and will execute such additional documents as <br />necessary to effectuate the same. <br />19. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to create a partnership, joint venture or <br />joint enterprise between the Parties, and any implication to the contrary is hereby disavowed.
