CITY OF LOUISVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 572 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND SPENDING AGENCIES, IN THE AMOUNTS AND FOR THE PURPOSES AS SET FORTH BELOW, FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, FOR THE 1978 BUDGET YEAR. WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has adopted the annual budget in accordance with the Local Government Budget Law, on October 18, 1977, and; WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has made provision therein for revenues in an amount equal to or greater than the total proposed ex- penditures as set forth in said budget, and; WHEREAS, it is not only required by law, but also necessary to appropriate the revenues provided in the budget to and for the pur- poses described below, so as not to impair the operations of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That the following sums are hereby appropriated from the revenue of each fund, to each fund, for the purposes stated: General Fund Total Appropriations $2,533,415 $1,871,003 $ 990,286 $ 293,538 $ 143,625 $5,831,867 $1,212,156 Enterprise Fund Special Revenue Fund Trust & Agency Fund Debt Service Fund Less Interfund Transfers NET APPROPRIATIONS $4,619,711 Section 2. Emergency. Based on qualified reasons, the City Council hereby finds, detelnnines and declares that an emergency exists and that this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health or safety and same shall be in full force and in effect five (5) days after final passage and publication is proven as by law provided.
