ORDINAN CE NO. 573 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, PARTS OF SECTION SIX AND SECTION SEVEN, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST, COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. WHEREAS City Council and City of Louisville, Colorado finds: that the property described herein is owned solely by w. J. S. Corporation; THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the city limits of the City of Louisville; THAT a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation; NOW THEREFORE I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: SECTION 1. That the following described property situated in the County of Boulder I State of Colorado I be annexed to the City of Louisville, to wit: That portion of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 6 I and the NW 1/4 of Section 7 I Township 1 South I Range 69 West of the 6th P. M. I Boulder County I Colorado; more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 6; then Westerly South 89032' 07" West a distance of 1,005.85 Feet to the true point of beginning. Then North 0024'41" West a distance of 552.88 Feet; then South 89032'07" West a distance of 157.12 Feet; then South 0024'41" East a distance of 582.88 Feet; then North 89032'07" East a distance of 5.00 Feet; then North 0024'41" West a distance of 60.00 Feet; then North 89032'07" East a distance of 147.12 Feet; then South 0024'41" East a distance of 60 Feet; then North 89032'07" East a distance of 5.00 Feet; then North 0024'41" West a distance of 30 Feet to the true point of beginning containing 1.90 acres more or less.
