Easter Place, Centennial, CO voiced her <br /> support of the impact fee proposal. She noted impact fees must be proportional to the <br /> demands and the costs generated by new growth and more municipalities are moving <br /> toward the scalable approach. She voiced her appreciation for the opportunity to <br /> participate in the discussions. <br /> • COUNCIL COMMENT <br /> Mayor Sisk recognized staff and the following Liaison Committee members: Annette <br /> Anderson, resident representative; John Benedetti, Chamber representative; Rick <br /> Brew/Justin McClure, local developer; Judy Goodson, DBA representative; Rob <br /> Lathrop; BRAD representative; Michael Markel, local home builder/developer; Michael <br /> Menaker, LRC representative; Chris Pritchard, Planning Commission representative <br /> Scott Reichenberg, CTC representative; and Jeff Sheets, commercial developer <br /> MOTION: Councilor Sackett moved to approve Ordinance No. 1602, Series 2011 on <br /> second and final reading, with an effective date of January 2, 2012. Mayor Pro Tern <br /> Marsella seconded the motion. Roll call vote was taken. The motion carried by a vote <br /> of 6-0. Absent: Councilor Yarnell. <br /> ORDINANCE No. 1603, SERIES 2011 —AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE <br /> LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO SET FORTH THAT CERTAIN FEES, RATES <br /> AND CHARGES WILL BE ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY MANAGER — 2nd Reading <br /> — Public Hearing <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> • City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1603, Series 2011. <br />
