RESOLUTION NO. 84 SERIES 2011 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL REVIEW USE (SRU) TO ERECT, AND OPERATE A BUILDING MOUNTED, CMRS TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY AT 315 SOUTH BOULDER ROAD WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council approving a request for a Special Review Use (SRU)to erect, and operate a building mounted, CMRS telecommunications facility at 315 South Boulder Road; and WHEREAS, all materials related to the SRU plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines, related policies and previous approvals; and WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said SRU application on November 17, 2011, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, including the staff report dated November 17, 2011, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with the following two conditions; 1. The Special Review Use is granted to the applicant only WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that the revised documents are in full compliance with the conditions of the Planning Commission and that the application should be approved, without conditions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a request for a Special Review Use (SRU) to erect, and operate a building mounted, CMRS telecommunications facility at 315 South Boulder Road, with the above condition. h" ( � SED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 2011. • . .... • I SEA�..
