<br />ORDINANCE NO. 575 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING THE PROPERTY <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDI- <br />NANCES NO. 573 AND 574. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real <br /> <br />properties by adoptin9 Ordinances No. 573 and 574, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal <br /> <br />Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall <br /> <br />be amended to include the following described property and that the <br /> <br />tract shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after <br /> <br />the description below: <br /> <br />That portion of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 6, and the NW <br />1/4 of Section :7, Township I South, Range 69 West of the <br />6th P. M., Boulder County, Colorado; more particularly <br />described as follows: Commenc~ng at the South 1/4 corner <br />of said Section 6; then South 89 32'07" West a distance of <br />625.11 Feet; then South 0024'41" East a distance of 30 Feet <br />to the true point of beginning of the parcel to be described. <br />Then South 890::~2'07" West a distance of 1625.17 Feet; then <br />North 0055' 03" West a distance of 199.99 Feet to a point of <br />curve to the Northeast; then along the arc of said curve to <br />the Northeast a distance of 356.598 Feet; said curve having <br />a radius of 411..96 Feet and a central angle of 49035'44"; <br />then North 48041'04" East a distance of 164.90 Feet to a <br />point of curve to the Northeast; then along the arc of said <br />curve a distance of 299.338 Feet; said curve having a radius <br />of 351.96 Feet and a central angel of 48043'44"; then North <br />0003'04" West a distance of 160.92 Feet to a point of curve <br />to the Northwest; then along the arc of said curve a distance <br />of 37.60 Feet; said curve having a radius of 45 Feet and a <br />central angle of 47052'34"; then North 89038'13" East a <br />distance of 1,252.42 Feet along the South line of the <br />recorded plat of Paragon Heights to a point; then South 0024' <br />41" East a distance of 1,078.43 Feet to the true point of <br />beginning containing 33.55 acres more or less. <br /> <br />Said parcel shall be zoned - Residential Estate - R - E. <br />
