ORDINANCE NO. 577 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, PARTS OF SECTION SIX I TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST, COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. WHEREAS City Council and City of Louisville, Colorado declares that the property described herein is owned solely by The Louisville Group, Incorporated; THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexE~d is contiguous with the city limits of the City of Louisville; THAT a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: SECTION 1. That the fOllowing described property situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to wit: A tract of land located in the SE 1/4 of Section 6, T. IS. , R. 69W. of the 6th P. M.
