<br />ORDINAN CE NO. 578 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF <br />THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />ENTITLED, "ZONING" BY ZONING THE <br />PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUIS- <br />VILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 577. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed a certain real <br /> <br />property by Ordinance No. 577, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUN CIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Chapter 17.04, Section 1-105 of the Municipal <br /> <br />Code of the City of Louisville, entitled Zoning Map, shall be amended <br /> <br />to include the following described property and that the tract shall <br /> <br />be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description <br /> <br />below: <br /> <br />A description of a tract of land located in the SE 1/4 <br />of Section 6, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the <br />6th P. M. , described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Center of said Section 6 from which the S 1/4 Corner <br />thereof bears S 00042'30" W, 2631.31 feet; thence <br />N 89043'30" E, 2667.13 feet along the North line of <br />the SE 1/4 of said Section 6 to the Northeast Corner <br />thereof; thence S 00019'00" W, 1084.15 feet along <br />the East line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 6 to the <br />TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence continuing S <br />00019'00" W, 228.00 feet along the East line of the <br />SE 1/4 of said Section 6 to the Northeast Corner of <br />the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 6; Thence <br />S 89039'10" W, 660.41 feet along the North line of <br />the SE 1/4 of th,e SE 1/4 of said Section 6; Thence <br />S 00019'00" W, 1312.98 feet parallel with the East <br />line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 6; Thence S 890 <br />34 '50" W, 1449.76 feet along the South line of the <br />SE 1/4 of said Section 6; Thence N 00042'30" E, <br />720.00 feet; Thence N 89034 '50" W 44.99 feet, <br />Thence N 00042'30" E 221.00 feet, Thence N 370 <br />21'21" W 143.19 feet, Thence N 89019'05" E <br />714.83 feet; Thence N 00000' 00" E; Thence N <br />70054'50" E 436.22 feet, Thence N 00000'00" E <br />o <br />82.72 feet, Thence N 89 39'10" E 1021.90 feet to <br />the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />Said parcel shall be zoned - R-L - Residential Low Density. <br />
