<br />SECTION 3. Section 17. 12.030 of Title 17 of the Louisville <br /> <br />Municipal Code dealing with use groups is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. The following section is hereby added to Title <br /> <br />17 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />17.12.030 Use Groups. <br /> <br />In each zoning district I any use group category not expressly <br /> <br />permitted shall be deemed excluded. If there 1s a question pertaining <br /> <br />to interpretation of any specific use as to whether it does or does not <br /> <br />come within the following express use groups I any applicant may apply <br /> <br />to the board of zoning adjustment for the determination of whether a <br /> <br />specific use is expressly permitted.
