<br />ORDINANCE NO. 592 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING THE PROPERTY <br />ANNEXTED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 591. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexted certain real properties <br /> <br />by adopting Ordinance No. 591. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal <br /> <br />Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall be <br /> <br />amended to include the following described property and that the tract <br /> <br />shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the descrip- <br /> <br />tion below: <br /> <br />Beginning at the South quarter corner of Section 6 I TIS <br />o <br />R69W of the 6th P.M.
