<br />ORDINANCE NO. 596 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 of the MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING <br />THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY OR- <br />DINANCE NO. 595 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real <br />properties by adopting Ordinances No. 595, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be deter- <br /> <br />mined; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall be <br />amended to include the following described property and that the <br /> <br />tract shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after <br /> <br />the description below: <br /> <br />A tract of land in the SE~ of Section 6, the NE~ of <br />Section 7 and the SW~ of Section 5, T1S, R69W, of the <br />6th P.M. Boulder County, Colorado, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the SW corner of said Section 5 thence S <br />890 37' 50" E, 1318.86 feet, along the South line of <br />said Section 5 to the SW corner of the E~ of the SW~ of <br />said Sectisn 5; <br />thence N 0 01' 27" E, 30 feet, to the North ROW of <br />South Bouldgr Road; <br />thence N 89 35' 50" W, 1318.86 feet, parallel to the <br />South line of said Section 5, to a goint on the East <br />line of said Section 6, 30'feet N 0 19' E of the SE <br />corner of said Section 6; <br />thence N 00 19' E 1282.15 feet, along the East line of <br />the SE~ of said Section 6; <br />thence S 890 39' 10" W, 660.41 feet, along the North <br />line of the SE~ of the SE~ of said Section 6; <br />thence S 00 19' W, 1282.98 feet, parallel with the East <br />line of the SE~ of said Section 6, to a point 30 feet <br />N 00 19' E gf the South line of said Section 6; <br />thence N 89 31' 23" E, 242.24 feet, parallel to the South <br />line of sa~d Section 6: <br />thence S 0 28' 37" E, 60 feet; <br />thence N 890 31' 23" E 418.18 feet, parallel to the <br />South line of said Section 6 to the East line of the <br />NE~ of said Secti:on 7; <br />thence N 00 12' W, 30 feet, along the East line of the <br />N E ~ 0 f s aid See t io n 7 to the poi n t 0 f beg inn i n g . <br /> <br />Said parcel contains 20.93 acres, more or less. <br />Said parcel shall be zoned - Agricultural - A <br /> <br />INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED PUBLISHED this, I~~ day of, <br />Yh~ ' 1978. <br /> <br />~kU~ <br />AYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ <, ~ /17, J/,.-t I <br />CITY CLERK <br />
