ORDINANCE NO. 603 AN ORDINANCE AMEDNDING THE PROVISIONS FOR LICENSING CONTRACTORS BY ALLOWING THE PAYMENT OF ONE-HALF OF THE DESIG- NATED FEES FOR A LICENSE ISSUED AFTER JUNE 30TH. WHEREAS, the present ordinances of the city of Louisville set out yearly fees for various contractor's licenses issued by the city; and, WHEREAS, there is currently no provision for a portion of the required fees to be paid based on the length of time that said license shall be valid. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: SECTION 1. Subsection (B) of Section 5.12.330 of Title 5 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. The following subsections are hereby added to Section 5.12.330 of the Louisville Municipal Code: B. For any license listed in paragraph A issued after March 31st and before July 1st of any calendar year, the license fee shall be three- fourths of the fee as set forth in paragraph A. For any license listed in paragraph A issued after June 30th of any calendar year, the li- cense fee shall be one-half of the fee as set forth in paragraph A. C. The holder of one license shall be charged one- half of the license fee for each additional license required of him under Section 5.12.080 through 5.12.350.
