ORDINANCE NO. QQl AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 606. WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed a certain real property by Ordinance No. 606, and; WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be deter- mined; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: SECTION 1. That Chapter 17.04, Section 1-105 of the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville, entitled Zoning Map, shall be amended to include the following described property and that the tract shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the descrip- tion:. A parcel of land in the Northeast Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of Section :21, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the Sixth-c.PrincipalHeridian, Boulder County, Colorado, more par- ticularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section 21, Township 1 South, Range 69 West, THENCE South 0038'22" West along the East line of the North- east Quarter of said Section 21 a distance of 25.00 feet to a point on the Southerly right of way line of Boulder County Road No. 68; THENCE South 89057'00" West along said Southerly right of way line, 25.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE South 0038'22" West parallel with the East line of said Northeast Quarter, 2630.75 feet to a point on the Southerly line of said Northeast Quarter; THENCE North 89032'55" West along the Southerly line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 2597.35 feet to the South- west corner of said Northeast Quarter; THENCE North 89032' lt3" West along the Southerly line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 21 a distance of 518.25 feet to a point on the Westerly line of the Colorado and Southern Rai1wa6' right of way; THENCE North 15 44'16" West along said ~.vesterly right of way line, 1372.91 feet; THENCE, leaving said Westerly right of way line, South 890 25'36" East, 910.98 feet to a point on the Westerly line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21; THENCE North 0053'03" East along the Westerly line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 1291.58 feet to a point on the Southerly right of way line of said Boulder County Road No. 68; THENCE North 89057'00" East along said Southerly right of way line, 1108.28 feet; THENCE, leaving said right of way line, South 0042'02" West, 273.00 feet; THENCE North 89057'00" East, 850.27 feet;
