The Resolution describes the portions of municipal streets proposed to be established as a pedestrian mall. As further stated in the Resolution, any claim for damages by reason of the establishment of the proposed pedestrian mall shall be filed in accordance with the Act prior to first reading of the ordinance establishing the pedestrian mall, which first reading is scheduled for July 1, 1997.
