<br />ORDINANCE NO. 612 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, <br />PART OF SECTION SIX, TOWNSHIP <br />1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST, COUNTY <br />OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS City Council and City of Louisville, Colorado defines that the property <br /> <br />described herein is owned solely by Three - Bar - J, a partnership; <br /> <br />THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed <br /> <br />is contiguous with the city limits of the City of Louisville; <br /> <br />THAT a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed <br /> <br />and the City of Louisville; <br /> <br />THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near <br /> <br />future and the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; <br /> <br />THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUIS- <br /> <br />VILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the following described property situated in the County of Boulder, <br /> <br />State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to wit: <br /> <br />Lots 1 through 5, and 10 through 14 of Paragon Heights, a part of the south one-half <br />of the southeast one quarter of Section 6, T. 1., R. 69 W. of the 6th P. M. , Boulder <br />County Colorado. <br />Proposed Zoning: Residential Estate. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
