"'-, ORDINANCE NO. 614 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE I COLORADO, PART OF SECTION SIXTEEN AND PART OF SECTION TWENTY -ONE, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST, COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. WHEREAS City Council and the City of Louisville I Colorado, finds: that the property described herein is owned solely by the County of Boulder; THAT more or not les s than 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the city limits of the City of Louisville; THAT a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the t,erritory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation; NOW, THEREFORE I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: SECTION 1. That the following described property situated in the County of Boulder I State of Colorado I be annexed to the City of Louisville I to wit: A tract of land located in the southwest 1/4 of Section 16 and the northwest 1/4 of Section 21 both in T.1. S. I R. 69 W., of the 6th P. M., Boulder County, Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the west right-of-way line of the C & S Railway and the north line of said northwest 1/4 of Section 21 (also being the south line of said southwest 1/4 of Section 16) Whence the Northwest Corner of Said Section 21 Bears N89018'19"W 1336.14 Feet, Thence SlS049'32"E along said west right-of-way of the C & S Railway I _a dIstance of 26.08 f,eet to the south R. O. W. line of Dillon Road; thence N 89()18'19" W along said south R. O. W. of Dillon Road, a distance of 16.51 ft; thence N 00041'41" E 5.00 ft; thence N 89018'19" W parallel to said north line of the northwest 1/4 of Section 21, a distance of 96.28 ft; thence N 00041'41" E 20.00 ft. to aforesaid north line of the NW 1/4 of Section 21 (also being the south line of the SW 1/4 of Section 16) thence the NW corner of said Section 21 bears N 89018'19" W 1230.77 ft; thence N 00041'41" E 20.00 ft; thence S 89018 '19" E parallel to said south line of the SW 1/4 Section 16, a distance of 96.28 ft; thence N 00041'41" E 5.00 ft to the north R. O. W. line of Dillon Road; thence S 89018'19" E along said north R. O. W. line of Dillon Road
