ORDINANCE NO. .BL AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, PART OF SEC- TION 16, PART OF SECTION 17, PART OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST, COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. WHEREAS City Council and the City of Louisville, Colorado, finds: that the property described herein is owned solely by the County of Boulder and Storage Tech-, nology Corporation; THAT more or not less tha.n 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be an- nexed is contiguous with the city limits of the City of Louisville; THAT a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be an- nexed and the City of Louisville; THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this an- nexation; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COULCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: SECTION 1. That the following described property situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to wit: A tract of land located in the southwest 1/4 of Section 16, the south- east 1/4 of Section 17, the east 1/2 of Section 21, and the northeast 1/4, southeast 1/4 and the southwest 1/4 of Section 20, all in T .1. S. I R. 69 W of the 6th P. M., Boulder County, Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of the northwest 1/4 of Section 21 also being the east line of the northeast 1/4 of Section 20 whence the northwest corner of said Section 21 bears N 00049'58" E 1274.81 feet; thence S 89010'02" E 20000 feet; thence N 00049'58" E parallel to said west line of the northwest 1/4 of Section 21, a distance of 1254.86 feet; thence S 89018'19" E parallel to the north line of the said northwest 1/4 of Section 21, a distance of 720.71 feet; thence S 000 41'41" W 5.00 feet to the south R.O.W. line of Dillon Road; thence N 89018'19" Walong said south R.O.W. line of Dillon Road, a dis- tance of 715. 73 feet:; thence S 00049' 58" W 2619.46 feet; thence S 00050'30" W 1703 Q 66 feet; thence N 88051'44" W parallel to the north line of the south 1/2 of the south- east 1/4 of said Section 20, a distance of 5022.60 feet to a point on the northeasterly R.O.W. of Denver-Boulder Turnpike (U .S.
