ORDINANCE NO. 628 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF' LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 627. WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by adopting Ordinance No. 627. WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall be amended to include the following described property and that the tract shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indi- cated after the description below: Parcel # 1 A parcel of land in the NEi of Section 17, TIS, R69W of the 6th P.M., Boulder County, Colorado, described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner of said Section 17, thence N 88054'52"W., 266.99 feet; thence South- easterly along the arc of a curve 632.31 feet (central angle;;;: 14027'47", R = 2734.50', L = 682.30'), thence Southeasterly along the arc of a curve 136 feet, more or less, (central angle = 0033'02", R ;;;: 17375.24', L = 167'), to a point on the East line of said Section 17; thence North 004l'57i1E, 812 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Parcel # 2 A parcel of land in the NEi of Section 17, TIS, R69W of the 6th P.M., Boulder County, Colorado, described as follows: Commenclng at the NE corner of sald Section 17, thence North 8805,1' 52"W, 368. 5f)' feet along the North line of said Section 17, to the point on the West ROW of the Colorado & Southern RR, also the point of beginning; thence North 8S054'52"W, 101 feet, along the North line of said Section 17, to the West hOW line of County Road # 19, also the Southeast corner of Murphy Place Subdivision, Louisville, Colorado; thence
