<br />NO ACTION TAKEN, WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.26 <br />SERIES 1997 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR <br />ACCELERATED SCHOOLS FOUNDATION, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Accelerated <br />Schools Foundation, Inc. a Special Review Use for a private school at 400 McCaslin Blvd. Suite <br />110, Lot 5 Centennial Center Subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Special Review Use have been reviewed by City <br />Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Special Review <br />Use, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request to City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council fmds that said Special Review Use for Accelerated Schools <br />should be approved, with the following conditions; <br /> <br />1. That the approval is granted only for Accelerated Schools, with a maximum student load <br />of 40 students; <br /> <br />2. That the school vans, when parked on the site are parked in the center ponion of the <br />parking lot, so as not to occupy parking spaces most convenient to the office or retail <br />buildings; <br /> <br />3. That prior to Accelerated Schools receiving a Cenificate of Occupancy, the propeny owner <br />record a joint parking arrangement for this subdivision for the mutual benefit of Lots 1 <br />through 5. <br /> <br />4. That prior to receiving a Cenificate of Occupancy, a bike rack and a bench for seating <br />will be installed at the new entrance (south building entrance). <br />
