<br />RESOL UTION NO. 8 <br /> <br />Series 1977 <br /> <br />A resolution by City Council denying the Special Review Use Applica- <br />tion to permit a school of Arts and Humanities classes and workshops <br />to be conducted on Lots 10 and II, Pleasant Hill Addition in Louis- <br />ville, locally identified as 701 Grant Avenue. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a special review use application has been submitted <br />to the Louisville Planning Commission to permit a school of Arts and <br />Humanities classes and workshops to be conducted at the above <br />referenced location by Michael Jenkins, 701 Grant Avenue I Louisville, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application has been reviewed by City staff and <br />the Planning Commission and has been determined to be inadequate <br />in that essential information was not submitted for Commission con- <br />sideration, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning <br />said application, the Planning Commission has determined that said <br />application .is not acceptable and that approval of the proposed use <br />would be determental to the residential environment in which it is <br />located due to noise and parking problems possible with such a use <br />and that City Council concurs with these determinations. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE I LET IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby deny the above refer- <br />enced Special Review Use application. <br /> <br />P.J.ooeJ dIlJ aJv~Led~ this 6th day of September, 1977. <br />.(.
