<br />ORDINANCE NO. 439 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR VACATION OF AN EASEMENT LOCATED ON A PORTION OF LOT 137 <br />PARKWOOD SUBDIVISION, CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Southerly 5 feet of Lot 137 Parkwood Subdivision is no <br /> <br />longer needed for easement purposes, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the easement located on a portion of Lot 137 Parkwood <br /> <br />Subdivision, City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, Township 1 South, <br /> <br />Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian more particularly described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 137 thence N 25055'24" <br />West a distance of 5.00 feet, thence N 64004'36" East a distance of <br />125.47 feet, thence S 0009'42" West a distance of 5.58 feet, thence <br />S 64004' 36" West a distance of 123.02 feet to the point of beginning <br />or <br />the Southerly 5.00 feet of said Lot 137, <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby vacated and cancelled for easement purposes, and <br /> <br />the City disclaiming all i.nterest therein, and the title thereto is vested <br /> <br />in the owners of the prope~rty, as is provided by law. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED PUBLISHED the 5th day of March, 1974. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED on second and final reading this:/; day of ft1<1 ("l~ <br /> <br />1974. <br /> <br />/~ <br />~ ~ .. .. <br />'- ,.!. .(:<J~l <br />?7 Mayor <br /> <br />zr <br />'- ) .
