<br />Section 2. Repeal of Ordinances: That all other ordinances or parts or <br /> <br />provisions of the MUNICIPAL CODE of the City of Louisville in conflict with <br /> <br />this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 3. Emergency Clause: That whereas the Federal government has on deposit <br /> <br />certain moneys remaining from a Federal Grant for the construction of a sewer <br /> <br />facility for the City of Louisville, Colorado, and whereas the Federal Government <br /> <br />is withholding said funds until the passage of this ordinance and whereas the <br /> <br />City of Louisville is in need of said fund; NOW THEREFORE this ordinance shall <br /> <br />be in full force and effect upon the expiration of five (5) days after its <br /> <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br />Introduced, read and ordered published this ~ day of April, <br /> <br />1974. <br /> <br />Adopted and approved on second and final reading this 29 day of <br /> <br />May <br /> <br />, 1974. <br /> <br />rJ/{}JI~ <br /> <br />I MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />il) <br />
