() ,'-- yJ- (' l;l ~fu~'fL C;/r;jJ( CITY OF LOUISVILLE ~RDINANCE NO. 443 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED, "ZONING," AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 424 BY ZONING AS "R-L, RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY" THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 442. WHEREAS the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by Ordinance No. 442 and WHEREAS it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That "Section 1-104 Zoning Map" of Chapter 25 of the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville, entitled Zoning as adopted by Ordinance No. 424 is hereby amended to include the following described property to the zoning map referred to in said Section, to-wit: A tract of land in Sections 7 and 8, TIS, R69W of the 6th P.M. d.escribed as: Commencing at thE~ southeast corner of said Section 7; Thence NOOoll' 26111 E along the east line of said Section 7, a distance of 623.79 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence S 89057'54" W, a distance of 850.00 feet; Thence NOOoll'26" E, a distance of 1250.01 feet; The,nce N33046'35" W, a distance of 1182.34 feet; Thence N73023'44f1i E, a distance of 775.43 feet; Thence NOOoOO'OOII' E, a distance of 640.00 feet; Thence N72000'0011 E, a distance of 800.00 feet more or less to the northeast corner of the S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 7; Thence SOOo15'22" E along the east line of said Section 7, a distance of 1327.28 feet to the east 1/4 corner of said Section; Thence SOOoll'26" W along the east line of said Section, a distance of 1318.80 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8, TIS, R69W, of the 6th P.M. Thence N 89057'54" E along the north line of said S 1/2 a distance of 1843.31 feet; Thence SOOo06'18" E, a distance of 695.00 feet; Thence S 89057'54" W, a distance of 1846.89 feet to the True Point of Beginning, containing 99.611 acres, more or less. Section 2. That the above described property shall be zoned "R-L, Residential Low Density." Section 3. That said zoning changes and additions shall be effective after the effective date of this Ordinance and after the changes have been entered on the "Official Zoning Map" as provided in said Section 1-104.
