() ,'-- <br /> <br />yJ- (' l;l ~fu~'fL <br />C;/r;jJ( <br /> <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />~RDINANCE NO. 443 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 OF THE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED, "ZONING," <br />AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 424 BY ZONING AS "R-L, <br />RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY" THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 442. <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property <br /> <br />by Ordinance No. 442 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That "Section 1-104 Zoning Map" of Chapter 25 of the <br /> <br />Municipal Code of the City of Louisville, entitled Zoning as adopted by <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 424 is hereby amended to include the following described <br /> <br />property to the zoning map referred to in said Section, to-wit: <br /> <br />A tract of land in Sections 7 and 8, TIS, R69W <br />of the 6th P.M. d.escribed as: <br /> <br />Commencing at thE~ southeast corner of said Section 7; <br />Thence NOOoll' 26111 E along the east line of said <br />Section 7, a distance of 623.79 feet to the True <br />Point of Beginning; Thence S 89057'54" W, a distance <br />of 850.00 feet; Thence NOOoll'26" E, a distance of <br />1250.01 feet; The,nce N33046'35" W, a distance of 1182.34 feet; <br />Thence N73023'44f1i E, a distance of 775.43 feet; <br />Thence NOOoOO'OOII' E, a distance of 640.00 feet; <br />Thence N72000'0011 E, a distance of 800.00 feet more or less <br />to the northeast corner of the S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of <br />said Section 7; Thence SOOo15'22" E along the east line <br />of said Section 7, a distance of 1327.28 feet to the east <br />1/4 corner of said Section; Thence SOOoll'26" W along <br />the east line of said Section, a distance of 1318.80 feet, <br />more or less, to the northwest corner of the S 1/2 of <br />the SW 1/4 of Section 8, TIS, R69W, of the 6th P.M. <br />Thence N 89057'54" E along the north line of said S 1/2 <br />a distance of 1843.31 feet; Thence SOOo06'18" E, a <br />distance of 695.00 feet; Thence S 89057'54" W, a distance <br />of 1846.89 feet to the True Point of Beginning, <br />containing 99.611 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the above described property shall be zoned <br /> <br />"R-L, Residential Low Density." <br /> <br />Section 3. That said zoning changes and additions shall be <br /> <br />effective after the effective date of this Ordinance and after the changes <br /> <br />have been entered on the "Official Zoning Map" as provided in said Section <br /> <br />1-104. <br />
