2. If the water tap applicant desires a larger size tap his accumulated point total required~ then the fee to be charged shall be the minimum fee for the size of tap desired. 3. The minimum tap fee shall not be less than Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1~200.00) regardless of the point total. This minimum shall not apply to the extension of existing services. 4. In the event a consumer desires to provide automatic fire control protection for his premises~ and for this emergency servic.e only~ requiring a tap larger than 3/4" the fee charges shall be based only on the points set forth in Table A, paragraph 13, without regard to the minimum and maximum fees set forth in Table B. Under this regulation~ the user shall be required to pay the full cost of installation of the service. including all pipe, valves~ and valve boxes.
