CITY OF LOUISVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 448 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ENTERING INTO A LEASE WITH PREFERRED LEASING, INC., A COLORADO CORPORATION BY THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE OF IMPROVEHENTS CONSTRUCTED ON LANDS OWNED BY THE CITY, WHICH IMPROVEMENTS ARE TO BE USED FOR A FIRE STATION. WHEREAS, the City of Loufsville was in need of a new fire station and lacked sufficient funds to construct the same, and WHEREAS, the City of Loufsville sought bids for the purpose of having said fire station constructed by a third party and then leased to the City of Louisville, and WHEREAS, preferred Leasing, Inc. was low bidder, NOH, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Louisville: Section 1. That pursuant to the authority contained in C.R.S. 139- 61-1 (1963 as amended) the respecttve officials of the City of Louisville on behalf of the City are hereby authorized to enter into a Lease and Option Agree- ment with Preferred Leasing, Inc., a Colorado corporation, for the leasing of a fire station constructed on prope~rty ovmed by the City of Louisville known as "Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 15, Caledonia Place, according to the recorded plat thereof, now a part of the City of Louisville, Colorado" for a ten year term ,dth monthly payments of $1,356.34 at an effective interest rate of 9.458%. Section 2. That the acts of any of the officials of the City of Louisville prior to the date of this Ordinance are hereby ratified and affirmed. Section 3. A copy of said Lease and Option Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk and may be inspected by interested parties. Section 4. That any other ordinance in conflict with this Ordinance is hereby repealed.
