\ \ 1~ Lf ~ CITY OF LOUISVILLE ORDI1~NCE NO. 449 OR INANCE APPROVING THE ENTERING INTO A LEASE WIT FIRST MUNICIPAL LEASING CORPORATION, A D TRICT OF COLUMBIA CORPORATION, BY THE CITY F LOUISVILLE FOR FOUR (4) VEHICLES. EREAS, the City of Loui.sville is in need of four (4) additional for various departments of the City, and WHEREAS, the City of Louisville sought bids for the purpose of having a third party purchase said vehicle~s and lease same to the City of Louisville, and WHEREAS, the First Hunici.pa1 Leasing Corporation was the low bidder, NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ord.ained by the City Council of the City of Louisville: Section 1. That pursuant to the authority contained in C.R.S. 139-61-1 (1963 as amended), the respective officials of the City of Louisville on behalf of the City are hereby authorized to enter into a Lease and Option Agreement with the First Municipal Leasing Corporation, a District of Columbia corporation, for the leasing of four (4) vehicles under the following terms and conditions: a) To lease one (1) 1974 Plymouth Fury, Ser. No. PK41 N4D 206495 one (1) 1974 Plymouth Satellite, Ser. No. R141 G4A 223282 one (1) 1974 Ford E-340 Econo1ine Van, Ser. No. 3B-56K021511 for a period of three years at a monthly payment of $336.90. b) To lease one (1) 197Lf Plymouth Fury, Ser. No. PK41 N4D 206494 for a period of 24 months at a monthly payment of $167.72. Section 2. A copy of said Lease and Option Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk and may be inspected by interested parties. Section 3.
