<br />RESOLUTION NO. 33 <br />SERIES 1997 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION REPLAT FOR <br />LOTS 1 AND 2, CENTENNIAL VALLEY , PARCEL L, FILING 1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by the a Final PUD <br />Development Plan and Final Subdivision Replat for the construction of a bank and retail drug <br />store on Lots 1 and 2, Centennial Valley, Parcel L, Filing 1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan and Final <br />Subdivision Replat have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found in <br />compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations, Commercial <br />Development Design Guidelines and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan and Final Subdivision Replat, the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />with conditions to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan for Lots 1 and <br />2, Centennial Valley, Parcel L, Filing 1 should be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That flag pole heights and flag details are provided on the PUD, with pole heights not to <br />exceed 25 feet for the State of Colorado and 30 feet for the United States flag. The flags <br />shall be illuminated by up-lighting, ground mounted fixtures if the flags are flown at night; <br /> <br />2. That the pedestrian access from Rite-Aid to Eagle is improved by providing four way <br />pedestrian crosswalks at the intersection of the access drive south of Lot 2 with the spine <br />road; <br /> <br />3. That it is noted on the PUD that all pedestrian access routes will be handicap accessible; <br /> <br />4. That it is noted on the PUD that the awnings will not be back lit; and <br /> <br />5. That the applicant provide a surveyed building elevation certificate at the time of building <br />foundation inspection. The certificate shall not be acceptable if the variation between the <br />final grading plan and elevation certificate exceeds + /- .2 tenths of a foot. <br /> <br />6. The location of the directional sign shall be approved by staff. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final PUD Development Plan and Final Subdivision <br />Replat for Lots 1 and 2, Centennial Valley, Parcel L, Filing 1. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July 1997. <br />
