ORDINANCE NO. 459 AN ORDINANCE Ar~ENDING SECTION 3.2, DIVISION INTO WARDS, OF CHAPTER 3, ELECTIONS, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, BY CHANGING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE RESPECTIVE WARDS IN THE CITY AS DESCRIBED BELOW, AND REPEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. WHEREAS, because of the recent growth of the City of Louisville, Colorado, the Council of the City of Louisville finds that it is neces- sary to determine new boundary lines for the respective wards of the City of Louisville, Colorado. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the Ci ty of Louisville, Colorado: Section 1: That Section 3.2 of Chapter 3 of the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville, Co"lorado is hereby amended to read as follows: 113.2 Division into Wards. The City as its corporate limits are now established or may hereafter be extended, is here- by divided into thl"'ee wards and each ward constitutes a single precinct, wHh numbers and boundaries as follows: WARD 1: That area within thE~ City of Louisville, Colorado that lies north of a 1 i ne descri bed as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Griffith Street and Colorado State Highway 42, thence westerly along the centerline of Griffith Street to the intersection with centerline of Main Street, thence woutherly to the intersection with the centerline of Lafayette Street, then westerly along the centerline of Lafayette Street to the intersection with the east boundary line of Parkwood Subdivision, thence northerly along the east line of Parkwood Subdivision to the northeast corner of Park- wood Subdivision, thence westerly along the north line of Park- wood Subdivision to the west City limit line of Louisville, Colorado. WARD 2: That area within the City of Louisville, Colorado that lies between the 1 i nes dE!Scri bed as the south 1 i ne of Ward 1 and the north line of Ward 2. WARD 3: That area within thE! City of Louisville, Colorado that lies south of a line described as follows:
