<br />AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE A PORTION OF SHORT STREET LYING
<br />BETWEEN LOTS 1, 2 and 3, BLOCK 3, and LOTS 1, 2 and 3,
<br />BLOCK 4, as PLATTED ON THE PLAT OF EAST LOUISVILLE,
<br />COLORADO, AND TO VEST TITLE THERETO I N THE O~JNERS OF
<br />THE ABUTTING PROPERTY AS PROVIDED BY LAW.
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUiSVILLE, COLORADO:
<br />
<br />to-wit:
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the following described portion of Short Street,
<br />
<br />That part of Short Street lying between and directly
<br />abutting Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 3, and Lots 1, 2 and 3,
<br />Block 4, as platted on the plat of East Louisville, a
<br />part of the NE ~ of the SE ~ of Section 8, Township 1
<br />South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., all in the City
<br />of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado,
<br />
<br />be and the same is hereby vacated, and the title thereto is vested in the
<br />owners of the abutting property, as provided by law.
<br />Section 2. That all other ordinances or parts thereof in
<br />
<br />conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
