The subject matter of the adopted codes includes comprehensive provisions and standards regulating the use of electricity and for providing minimum standards in the design, construction, installation, quality of materials, location, operation, and maintenance of heating, ventilating, cooling, refrigeration systems, incinerators, and other miscellaneous heat produ- cing appliances, and providing uniform plumbing standards. for the purpose of protecting the public health, safety, and general welfare. Section 2. Amendments and Deletions: A.
