CITY OF LOUISVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 464 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ENTERING INTO A LEASE WITH PRE- FERRED LEASING CORPORATION, A COLORADO CORPORATION, BY THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE FOR AN AMBULANCE AND A CASH REGISTER WHEREAS, the City of Louisville is in need of a new ambulance for rescue work and in need of a new cash register, and WHEREAS, the City of Louisville sought bids for the purpose of having a third party purchase said ambulance and cash register and lease the same to the City of Louisville, and WHEREAS, the Preferred Leasing Corporation was the low bidder, NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Louisville: Section 1. That pu'rsuant to the authority contained in C.R.S. 139-61-1 (1963: as amended), the res pect i ve offi cia 1 s of the City of Lou i s v i 11 e on beha 1f of the City are herl~by authori zed to enter into Lease and Opti on Agreements with the Preferred Leasing Corporation, a Colorado corporation, for the leasing of one ambulance and one cash register under the following terms and conditions: a) To lease one ambulance for a period of 3 years at a monthly payment of $ 542.96 . At the end of said 3 years title to the ambulance win pass to the City. b) To 1 ease one cash regi ster for a peri od of ~ years at a monthly payment of $ 67.88 . At the end of said 3 years title to the cash register will pass to the City. Section 2. A copy of said Lease and Option Agreements are on file in the office of the City Clerk and may be inspected by interested parties. Section 3. That all other ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
