<br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 465 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 456 WHICH ORDINANCE <br />PROVIDED FOR FLOOD PLAINS REGULATIONS BY CHANGING SEC- <br />TION 4.52 (2). <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. That Section 4.52 (2) of Ordinance No. 456 of the <br /> <br />City of Louisville, Colorado is hereby amended from: <br /> <br />liThe first floor, or basement floor of any structure to <br />be erected, constructed, re-constructed, or moved on <br />the flood plain shall be constructed on fill at or above <br />a point two (2) feet above the 100 year flood elevation <br />for the particular area and the fill shall extend at such <br />elevation at least fifteen (15) feet beyond the limits of <br />any structure or buil di ng erected thereon.
