<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
<br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING THE
<br />PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCES
<br />NOS. 467, 468, 469 and 470, AS PETITIONED BY THE COLORADO
<br />& SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY, MIZEL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
<br />and BOULDER COUNTY LAND VENTURE.

<br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property
<br />by Ordinances No. 467, 468, 469 and 470, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it is neCE!SSary that the zoni ng thereof be determi ned,
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF LOUIS-
<br />VILLE, COLORADO:

<br />Section 1. That SE!ction 25.17 of the r,1unicipal Code of the City
<br />
<br />of Louisville, entitled Zoning Map, shall be amended to include the follow-
<br />ing described property and that it be zoned in accordance with the zoning
<br />indicated after description:

<br />Range 69 West of the Sixth Principle Meridian, Boulder
<br />County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
