NO. 481 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF FRONT STREET LYING NORTH <br />OF SPRUCE STREET IN THE TOWN, CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br />AND VESTING TITLE THERETO IN THE OWNERS OF THE ABUTTING <br />PROPERTY AS PROVIDED BY LAW. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the following portion of Front Street to-wit: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Block A Town of Louisville, <br />Colorado, original filing, thence Horth along the west boundary <br />line of said Block A 153.00 feet; thence West 1.10 feet; thence <br />Southerly 153.00 feet to a point 2.01 feet west of the point <br />of beginning; thence East 2.01 feet to the Point of Beginning, <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby Vacated, and the Title thereto is vested in <br />the owners of the abutti ng property"as provi ded by 1 aw. <br />Section 2.
