<br />"ORDINANCE NO. 487 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF <br />SEWER REVENUE BONDS OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, IN THE PRINCIPAL <br />AMOUNT OF $280,000, FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />IMPROVING AND EXTENDING THE MUNICIPAL <br />SANITARY SE'I'/ER SYSTEM OF THE CITY i <br />PRESCRIBING THE FORH OF SAID BONDS AND <br />PROVIDING FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE NET <br />REVENUE OF ~rHE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM TO PAY <br />THE BONDS AND THE INTEREST THEREON, AND <br />OTHER DETAILS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." <br /> <br />Thereupon, Council Member Caranci moved <br />that the foregoing Ordinance, previously passed on first <br />reading and again read in full at this meeting, be passed, <br />adopted and approved on final reading as an emergency measure, <br />that thereafter it shall be published in full in the Louisville <br />Times, a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br />City of Louisville, in its edition dated November 20, 1975, and <br />that said Ordinance shall taken effect upon said final <br />publication. <br />Council Member <br /> <br />DiCarlo <br /> <br />seconded the motion <br /> <br />and the question bein9 upon the <br />of said Ordinance, thE! roll was <br /> Those votin9 AYE: <br /> Council Members: <br /> <br />passage, adoption and approval <br />called with the following result: <br /> <br />Howard Berry <br />Lawrence Caranci <br />Anthony Del Pizzo <br />Vivian Dhieux <br />Eugene Di Carlo <br />Frank Domenico <br />6 members of the Council having voted in favor <br />of the passage and adoption of said Ordinance, said number <br />being at least three-fourths of all the Council Members, the <br />presiding officer thereupon declared said motion carried. <br />On motion duly adopted, it was ordered that said <br />Ordinance, after its approval by the Mayor and attestation by <br />the City Clerk be published in the Louisville Times, a newspaper <br />published and of general circulation in the City of Louisville, <br />and be recorded by the City Clerk in the Ordinance Book <br />according to law. <br /> <br />Thereupon, after consideration of other matters, <br />the meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />lA~ <br />!
