<br />( <br /> <br />(-- <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 488 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 296 BY PROVIDING DIFFERENT <br />PERSONNEL AND TERMS FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE PLANNING AND ZONING <br />COMMISSION AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br />AS FOLLOHS: <br /> <br />Sect i on 1. That section 2 of Ord i nance No. 296 of the Ci ty of Lou is vi 11 e <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as fo'll ows: <br /> <br />The City Planning COlnmisss;on shall consist of seven members who shall be <br />selected as follows: Five (5) members shall be appointed by the <br />Mayor. Two (2) for the term of the Mayor's office and three (3) <br />for six year terms. Two (2) members shall be appointed by the City <br />Counci 1 and thei r te'rms shall be for the term of the Ci ty Counci 1 by <br />whom they are appointed. <br /> <br />Section 2.
