CITY OF LOUISVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 499 AN ORDINANCE N1ENDING "SECTION 2, TAP FEE" OF ORDINANCE NO. 402 BY INCREASING TAP FEES AND REPEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFi LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Section 2, Tap Fee of Ordinance No. 402 is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 2. Tap Fee: Upon payment of the tap fee, the owner remains responsible for all labor and excavation in connection with the installation of the se\',/er tap. The City shall do all necessary inspection and the Director of Public Works shall cause inspection to be made to determine that all of the work performed is in accordance with the National Plumbing Code. The tap fee shan be computed as follows: 1. Residential Single Family Multiple Family Mobile Home Park $700.00 per unit 700.00 first unit 700.00 each additional unit 700.00 1st unit 700.00 each additional unit I I. Commerc i a 1 1. ~1otel s, ,apartment houses, hotels and other cOlrrmerci ally operated rental units 2. Shops, stores, schools, industrial plants, ser- vice stations, car washes Restaurants and like commercial and insustrial uses 700.00 per unit 700.00 each additional unit The tap fee shall be ~ of the water tap fee as computed by the Water Works Ordinance cur~ently in effect without regard to that portion of the tap fee that relates to automatic fire protection. The minimum tap fee in any event shall be $700.00 3. Industrial Waste The City of Louisville reserves the right to negotiate tap fees where a commercial user proposes to dump sewage into the Municipal Sewer System which will exceed the safe chemical limits of con- tent established by the Louisville
