<br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 499 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE N1ENDING "SECTION 2, TAP FEE" OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 402 BY INCREASING TAP FEES AND REPEALING ALL OTHER <br />ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFi LOUISVILLE, <br /> <br />COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 2, Tap Fee of Ordinance No. 402 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 2. Tap Fee: Upon payment of the tap fee, the owner <br /> <br />remains responsible for all labor and excavation in connection <br /> <br />with the installation of the se\',/er tap. The City shall do all <br />necessary inspection and the Director of Public Works shall <br />cause inspection to be made to determine that all of the work <br />performed is in accordance with the National Plumbing Code. <br />The tap fee shan be computed as follows: <br />1. Residential <br /> <br />Single Family <br />Multiple Family <br /> <br />Mobile Home Park <br /> <br />$700.00 per unit <br />700.00 first unit <br />700.00 each additional unit <br />700.00 1st unit <br />700.00 each additional unit <br /> <br />I I. Commerc i a 1 <br /> <br />1. ~1otel s, ,apartment <br />houses, hotels and <br />other cOlrrmerci ally <br />operated rental units <br /> <br />2. Shops, stores, schools, <br />industrial plants, ser- <br />vice stations, car washes <br />Restaurants and like <br />commercial and insustrial <br />uses <br /> <br />700.00 per unit <br />700.00 each additional unit <br /> <br />The tap fee shall be ~ of the <br />water tap fee as computed by the <br />Water Works <br />Ordinance cur~ently in effect <br />without regard to that portion <br />of the tap fee that relates <br />to automatic fire protection. <br />The minimum tap fee in any <br />event shall be $700.00 <br /> <br />3. Industrial Waste <br /> <br />The City of Louisville reserves <br />the right to negotiate tap fees <br />where a commercial user proposes <br />to dump sewage into the Municipal <br />Sewer System which will exceed <br />the safe chemical limits of con- <br />tent established by the Louisville <br />
