<br />RESOLUTION NO.38 <br />SERIES 1997 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br />FOR LOUISVILLE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by the Louisville <br />United Methodist Church, a Special Review Use for a two-story expansion on the west side of the <br />existing church; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Special Review Use have been reviewed by City <br />Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Special Review <br />Use, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Special Review Use should be approved, <br />with the following condition: <br /> <br />1. That the conditions placed on the previous special review use for Fairview Montessori <br />School continue to apply, and are noted on the recorded special review use mylars; <br /> <br />2. That the applicant meets all applicable building codes; <br /> <br />3. That an additional sidewalk connection from the south exit to the public sidewalk system <br />is provided, with the connection subject to Staff review and approval as to pedestrian <br />safety; <br /> <br />4. That any outdoor trash receptacles are fully enclosed with an enclosure design consistent <br />with the building architecture; <br /> <br />5. That additional landscaping is provided around the perimeter of the building addition, <br />including shrubs, ornamental trees, and perennial flower beds, subject to Staff approval; <br /> <br />6. That, prior to City Council review, the applicant submits new drawings that include the <br />appropriate signature and recording and title blocks on 24-inch by 36-inch sheets; and <br />
