<br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 511 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO, ON PE'rITION OF THE AQUARIUS DEVELOPMENT <br />COMPANY, OF CER'rAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE <br />SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, <br />RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., COUNTY OF BOULDER, <br />STATE OF COLORADO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado FINDS: <br /> <br />That a petition by the Aquarius Development Company <br /> <br />proposing to annex to the City of Louisville the territory <br /> <br />hereinafter described, was filed with the Clerk of the <br /> <br />City of Louisville on August 8, 1976. <br /> <br />That said petition was properly signed by one hundred <br /> <br />percent of the land owners of the area to be annexed and <br /> <br />that said petition and the maps and documents attached <br /> <br />thereto meet the requirements for the same as provided by <br /> <br />law; <br /> <br />That more than one-sixth of the perimeter of the area <br /> <br />proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits <br /> <br />of the City of Louisville; <br /> <br />That a community of interest exists between the territory <br /> <br />proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; <br /> <br />That the territory proposed to be annexed will be <br /> <br />urbanized in the near future and that the territory proposed <br /> <br />to be annexed is capable of being integrated into the City <br /> <br />of Louisville; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That said annexation to the City of <br /> <br />Louisville of the following described territory, situated in <br /> <br />the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be and is hereby <br /> <br />annexed, to-wit: <br />
