Historical Commission <br />Agenda <br />November 16, 2011 <br />Louisville Public Library Meeting Room <br />951 Spruce Street <br />6:30 PM <br />The following agenda has two primary parts, each of which represents a different function <br />of the Historical Commission, which is both an advisory board for the Louisville City <br />Council and a 501 c3 fundraising board for the Louisville Historical Museum. <br />By request, the sequence of the two meetings has been reversed for this month in order to <br />have the fundraising board meeting come first, followed by the advisory board meeting. <br />I. Approval of purchase of sales inventory <br />3. Approval of sales tax license fees ($25 for City, $16 for State) <br />4. Approval of expenses for refreshments for Parade of Lights <br />5. Approval of payment for holiday ornaments <br />6. Possible financial contribution to photo digitization pilot project <br />D. Continued discussion — possible future capital campaign <br />E.
