Prices include all applicable sales taxes, permit fees, clean -up and removal of roofing debris, (unless otherwise noted). <br />Estimator: Stuart Wright Recover Estimate Please check boxes below and total. <br />Please contact us if you would like to have someone meet with you to discuss the details of the proposal, how our <br />process works, and answer any questions you may have. <br />Description <br />Roofing: Asphalt <br />Remove and haul away (4) layers of existing roofing. <br />Install 36" of ice and water barrier at eaves. <br />Install roof deck protection. <br />o (1) layer of 30# felt. <br />Install metal around perimeter of roof. <br />o 1" x 2" 26 gauge pre - painted steel drip edge at rakes. <br />o 2" x 2" 26 gauge pre - painted steel drip edge at eaves. <br />Install wind protection around the perimeter of the roof (starter strip). <br />Install shingles per high wind application instructions and all related accessory products. <br />Replace all wall, pipe and vent flashings to meet applicable codes. <br />Replace vents and metal roof penetrations and paint to coordinate with roof color. <br />Flash (1) fireplace. <br />Clean gutter and downspouts. <br />Perform final clean up. <br />Re -roof the house with Owens Corning Oakridge laminated asphalt shingles. <br />(Limited Lifetime Warranty) <br />Option: <br />Re -sheet house with 15/32" OSB if spaced sheathing is discovered at tear off. <br />** Re -roof valid with sheathing installation only (To be done by Academy Roofing or others). <br />Note: <br />Price includes cutting stucco at roof to wall transitions to accept new flashing. <br />Price includes patching stucco with a stucco band to match existing as closely as possible. <br />Option: Ventilation <br />Cut in and install 80ft of DCi Smartvent as intake ventilation. <br />Option: Rear Addition <br />Remove (1) layer of existing roofing and replace with Owens Corning Oakridge shingles. <br />** Price valid with roof replacement only. <br />Option: Fireplace Cap <br />Install new 26 -gauge pre - painted steel fireplace cap. <br />Add: <br />Estimate <br />$14,967.00 <br />$2,187.00 <br />Add: $560.00 <br />Add: $849.00 1 <br />Add: $310.00 <br />
