If these items are funded, less $2,470 for previously funded work <br />completed on the carport, the grant amount being requested by Westmark Design and <br />Construction is $39,605. <br />Clark Street Builders <br />Clark Street Builders met on site with staff and the homeowner. They have reviewed <br />the engineer drawings and have created a bid specific to the site conditions and the <br />drawings provided by the structural engineer. <br />Clark Street Builders scope includes the following: <br />Scope (bolded items may be covered by HPF): <br />A. Trash removal $600 <br /> Removal of all site trash <br />G. Lumber $4,200 <br /> Dimensional lumber and sheathing to reinforce roof structure <br />H.
