Mayer suggested that Tom Phare could quickly ascertain that there is nothing additional <br />to be done and collect the money for purchase of other water rights. <br /> <br />Davidson presented a friendly amendment that Staff should investigate the current market <br />value of the water shares, and should it be higher, negotiate a higher price. <br /> <br />The amendment was accepted by Mayer. <br /> <br />Roll call vote was taken. Motion passed by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1327, SERIES 2000 - AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br />SALE OF WATER RIGHTS TO GRACE MAR WATER INC, - 2na reading - <br />public hearing - continued from February 1, 2000 (advertised Daily Camera <br />01/22/00) <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney, read Ordinance No. 1327, Series 2000, An Ordinance <br />Authorizing the Sale and Conveyance of Certain Water Rights Owned by the City of <br />Louisville to Grace Mar Water, Inc. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and asked if there was any person in the audience <br />wished to speak on Ordinance No. 1327, Series 2000. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council Comments. <br /> <br />Levihn moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1327, Series 2000, Authorizing the <br />Sale of Water Rights to Grace Mar Water Inc. on second reading, seconded by Keany. <br />Roll call vote was taken.
