Louisville Housing Authority <br />Financial Update — October 2011 <br />October 2011— Year to Date <br />Louisville Housing Authority Financial Statements <br />Total rental income is under budget by 1% or $2,887 for the period ending October 2011. Lilac had one <br />vacant unit through February. As of November 30, 2011, there are no vacant units. <br />Total tenant charges are under budgeted amounts by 57% or $5,191. <br />Administrative expenses are 1% or $782 less budget. <br />Total utility expenses are less than budget by 5% or $2,980. <br />Maintenance salary and contract expenses are under budget by 45% or $48,194. <br />Maintenance Materials are over budget by $9,461. <br />See the attached schedule for Non - Routine Expense through October. <br />General Operating Expenses are less budgeted amounts by $7,276.
