We were holding the issuance of additional vouchers this year and are waiting to see where HUDs fiscal funding is coming from. The average cost of the housing assistant payment has gone up. The resident's portion has graduated down and the HUD formula of assistance has gone up. We have not issued any Housing Choice Vouchers since the beginning of this year. When the email is sent out we need to request that board members make every effort to be at this meeting. We need to approve financials and the budgets for 2012 and the swearing in of new members. New member extended meeting orientation that is less business and more informational is in January or February. We will give new board members the portfolio analysis at the December meeting.
