<br />Section 38. Stopping, Standing or Parking Prohibited in Specified <br />pI aces: <br />18. On the parkway \'Jhich is that part of the street between the curb line <br />and the sidewalk or that part of the street between curb line and property <br />lot line. <br /> <br />(c) Parking of Trailer Coaches Prohibited. No trailer coach which is con- <br />structed or designed for dwelling or sleeping purposes shall be parked or <br />permi tted to stand upon any public street or alley for a period longer than <br />twenty-four hours, and no such trailer coach shall be used for dwelling or <br />sleeping purposes while parked in any such place. <br /> <br />Section 60. Metered Parking Zones. <br /> <br />(d) Animals Prohibi ted in Metered Space. I t shall be unlawful for any <br />person to hitch or tie any horse or other animal to any parking meter, or <br />to leave any such animal standing in any parking meter space, regardless <br />of whether or not the meter at such space shows a violation. <br /> <br />Section 6. That the Model Traffic Ordinance for Colorado Municipalities <br />is amended by addin~ subsections to the following Sections. <br /> <br />Section ~l. Stopping, Standing, or Parking in alley. <br />(c) No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in any residential <br />area when official signs are erected prohibiting parking within the entire <br />alley or portion thereof. <br /> <br />Section 65. Crossing at other than Crosswalks. <br />(a) Every pedestrian crossing a roadway at any point other than wi thin <br />a marked crosswalk or wi thin an unmarked crosswalk at an intersection shall <br />yield the right-of-way to all vehicles upon the roadway. <br /> <br />Section 7. That the Model Traffic Ordinance for Colorado Municipalities <br />is amended by adding a subsection to the following section. <br /> <br />Section 144. Other powers of Traffic Engineer. <br />(c) Further, the traffic engineer shall have the power to complete <br />and to amend from time to time Schedules II, III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII <br />of this traffic ordinance after he has received a resolution of approval <br />from the City Council and then he shall file a copy of said resolution of <br />such completed schedules or amendments thereto with the City Clerk, Chief <br />of Poli ce and any other officials deemed necessary under this Ordinance by <br />the City Council and/or City Manager. <br /> <br />Section 8. <br /> <br />Appendix A. <br /> <br />The penalty section of the Model Traffic Ordinance for Colorado Municipalities <br />to be adopted and which is hereby adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado, shall read as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the prov1s10ns of this <br />Ordinance and such violations shall be punishable as set for th in Chapter 32 <br />of the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville, entitled "Fines and <br />Penalties" . <br /> <br />-2- <br />
