<br />Treasurer by petition in writing within ten days after the notice is mailed <br /> <br />to him, for a hearing and a correction of the amount of the tax so assessed, <br /> <br />in which petition he shall set forth the reasons why such hearing should be <br /> <br />granted, and the amount by which such tax should be reduced. The Treasurer <br /> <br />shall notify the petitioner in writing of the time and place fixed by him for <br /> <br /> <br />such hearing. After such hearing, the Treasurer shall make such order in the <br /> <br /> <br />matter as is just and lawful and shall furnish a copy of such order to the <br /> <br />petitioner. <br /> <br />SECTION 29. DECISIONS OF TREASURER: NOTICE: WHEN FINAL. <br /> <br />Every decision of the Treasurer shall be in writing and notice thereof <br /> <br />shall be mailed to the vendor within ten days, and all such decisions shall <br /> <br />become final upon the expiration of thirty days after notice of such decision <br /> <br />shall have been mailed to the vendor, unless proceedings are begun within <br /> <br />said time for review thereof as herein provided. <br /> <br />SECTION 30. REVIEW OF TREASURER'S DECISION. <br /> <br /> <br />Should the applicant for refund be aggrieved at the final decision of <br /> <br /> <br />the Treasurer, he may proceed to have same reviewed by the courts in the <br /> <br />manner provided for review of other decisions of the Treasurer hereunder, such <br /> <br />review to be in the District Court of the Twentieth Judicial District of the <br /> <br />State of Colorado. <br /> <br />30-1. Duties of the Treasurer herein provided may be performed by any <br /> <br />qualified deputy. <br />SECTION 31. REVIEW BOND FILED WITH TREASURER. <br />Before making application to the District Court under Rule 106 (a)(4) <br />of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, the party making such application <br /> <br />- 18 - <br />
