<br />_._---..__._._-_..._._--_._..._--------~~, <br /> <br />) ------- <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3 7~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING AS E.D. THE PROPERTY ANNEXED <br />TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 375. <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Ci ty of :Louisville has annexed certain real property by <br />Ordinance No. 375, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. THAT Section 25.17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Louis- <br />ville entitled "Zoning Mapll' shall be amended to include the following described <br />property, to-wit: <br /> <br />"Commencing at the N 1/4 Corner of Section 8, TIS, R69W, of the 6th P.M., <br />thence N 89037'50" W, 1298.00 feet along the North line of said Section 8, <br />to the true point of beginning; thence S 0022'10" W, 100.00 feet to a point <br />of curve to the right; thence Southerly along the arc of said curve to the <br />right to a point tangent, said arc having a radius of 240.00 feet and a <br />delta angle of 25056' right; thence S 260l8~10" W, 509.23 feet to a point <br />on the South line of the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 8; thence <br />N 89040'10" W, 1088.96 feet to the SW Corner of the N 1/2 of the N 1/2 of <br />the NW 1/4 of said Slaction 8; thence N 0000'50" E, 663.69 feet to the NW <br />Corner of said Sectic)n 8; thence S 89037'50" E, 1339.94 feet to the true <br />point of beginning." <br /> <br />Section 2. THAT the above described property shall be zoned "E.D.", Economic <br />Development District for the purpose of placing a Mobile Home Park thereon, all in <br />conformance with the plan .and agreement heretofore submitted and approved by <br />resolution of the City Cowlcil of Louisville. <br /> <br />Section 3.
