make any fraudulent representation for the purpose of obtaining water, or for any person to take or use water from the water works for a dif- ferent purpose or purposes than provided in the customer's permit, or for any person to willfully or unreasonably waste water, or for any person to violate any of the regulations set forth in this chapter. Each and every such unlawful act shall constitute a violation of this Code and shall be punishable as herein provided. 13-1-29 Regulations Part IJf Contract. All regulations contained in this section shall be cons:ldered a part of the contract of every person taking water from the water works of the City and every person taking water shall be considered ~lS having expressly consented to be bound thereby. 13-1-30 Schedule of Water Rates. All rates and charges for water use shall be on an annual basis, for the period from January 1st to December 31st of each year, and there shall be no reduction in rates or charges or any rebates thereof for use for less than the annual period; except the rates charged consumers making new connections to the City's water system, which rates shall be prorated on the basis of the number of months remaining in the rate year in which the new connection is made. a) The following annual water rates shall be payable in advance as provided in 13-1-24 above by water consumers for water used within the corporate limits of the City of Louisville: (1) Base Rates Automobile Repair Shop Bakery (first oven) Each additional oven Bank Barber Shop (first cha:lr) each addi tional Blacksmith Shop (first forge) each additional f()rge Boarding house (see hotel rates) Butcher Shop (without ice machine) Bowling Alley Cigar Store (exclusive} Cleaning & dying establishments Club Rooms Cows per head Horses per head 23.45 23.45 10.95 15.60 23.45 7.80 14.05 7.80 28.15 15.60 15.60 28.15 15.60 13.10 3.10 - 9 -
