The Director of Finance for the City of Louisville, or any other authorized official of the City, shall have the right, for a period of six (6) months after receipt of said fees and statement, to have access to, and to review, all of Mountain States Video financial records relating to its gross re- ceipts at any time during normal business hours for the purpose of verify- ing the financial information supplies. Section 10: -Changes in Rates and Fees- Should any governmental unit within any of the Coun.ties of Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, or Jefferson, or the City and County of Denver, levy a license or permit fee on any cable television system requiring the payment to such governmental unit of more than five (5) percent of the gross subscription receipts of such cable television system, Mountain States Video shall promptly give written notice to the Director of Finance of the grant of such license or permit, I the precise terms of the fE~e, and the installation, monthly service charge and all similar charges provided for in such permit or license. The City of Louisville may by writtEm notice delivered to Mountain States Video, within thirty (30) days after receiving notice of eaCh such license or per- mit elect to be paid, in lieu of the license fee provided herein, whatever fee is specified in any such permit or license. If the City of Louisville elects to be paid such hi~~er license or permit fee, the installation, monthly service charge and other charges provided for in Section 5 herein shall automatically be changed to be the same as the charges provided for in such permit. Section 11: -Time for Commencement- Mountain States Video shall forthwith after the effective date of this ordinance apply for approval of the Federal Communicati.ons Commission, and of any other federal or -7-
